PLACE AN ORDER

What payment methods do you accept?
MatBeautyShop accepts payments via Paypal and all credit cards belonging to the Visa, MasterCard and American Express circuits. It is also possible to pay on delivery, for more information, consult the 'Cash on Delivery Regulations' section

ORDER DELIVERY

When will my order be processed?
Delivery times are between 7 and 10 working days for all items on the site except those with fast delivery (clearly marked on the product page) which will instead be delivered in 24/48 hours.

Items with DELIVERY in 24/48H are clearly marked on the site on the page of each product. Orders for these items that we receive before 12:00 will be processed the same day, orders received after 12:00 will be processed the next working day.

During sales periods, delivery times may be longer than expected.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent to the email address indicated during the order or via Whatsapp to the number indicated during the order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How can I return my order?
To request an exchange or a return, contact us by email at matbeautyshop@gmail.com or via Whatsapp at 3337906080 and we will give you all the instructions to make the exchange.

What happens if the items I received are defective, incorrect or damaged?
Our policy is a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

How long does the return process take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item. We will also notify you if your request has been approved or denied.
If approved, you will receive all the instructions via Whatsapp or email.

Can I exchange/return an item purchased with cash on delivery? In the case of purchase with payment on delivery (cash on delivery), the exchange of goods is NOT possible.

Can I exchange/return an item purchased on sale? Sale items CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
